ARCHITECKS® FR is the flagship product of Hongseong Industrial (Korea): a mineral filled core between two 0.5mm aluminium skins, giving fire safety at quasi-non-combustible level or better. The flexible core makes cutting and folding easy, and the panel is less than half the weight of solid metal, so it installs easily even on high-rise buildings.
The exposed face carries a fluoropolymer (PVDF) coating with excellent weather and UV resistance, ideal for exterior cladding. Besides solid colours, wood and stone patterns are available, plus optional hydrophilic or ceramic anti-soiling coatings.
Hongseong began developing and selling aluminium composite panels in 1987 — the first in Korea — and has supplied a great number of projects at home and abroad.
